Group Agreements

A Space Built on Trust and Respect

Meaningful consultation requires a foundation of confidentiality, professionalism, and mutual respect. We ask every member to protect client privacy, share only de-identified case information, and approach conversations with kindness, honesty, and curiosity.

Important: This community is intended for professional consultation and connection and does not replace formal supervision, emergency services, or required clinical procedures.

Meet Your Group Leader

Meet Carla Pelcastre, LCSW-S

With over 10 years of experience working with high-risk and high-conflict populations, Carla brings a thoughtful, practical perspective shaped by residential treatment, outpatient crisis intervention, and private practice. As the founder of Second Wave Counseling and a board-approved supervisor, she creates space for honest conversations, clinical growth, and meaningful professional connection.

Donation-Based Support

Making Clinical Support More Accessible

We believe meaningful clinical consultation should be accessible to professionals at every stage of their careers. Donations help cover group facilitation, community moderation, and ongoing resources while keeping participation affordable for clinicians, including those working in settings without dedicated consultation budgets.
