Who We Are

Our Approach

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care that prioritizes emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and trust. We use attachment-focused frameworks to help clients build secure, meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

We are committed to evidence-based, culturally responsive, and affirming practices, including care that honors LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and diverse cultural experiences.

Clients can expect steady, ongoing support when things feel overwhelming, alongside direct, kind feedback when clarity and growth are needed.

What We Believe

We believe therapy should be direct, compassionate, honest, and never judgmental.

Healing is most powerful when it’s collaborative. We work in partnership with clients and, when helpful, with loved ones, schools, or community systems to support lasting change.

Everyone deserves therapy that is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally responsive. Equity and accessibility matter to us, because mental health care should be for everyone.
